Members are excused from One meeting a semester and must turn in the exemption form found above.
- Download the file, fill it out, and e-mail it the Recording Secretary.
- The approval of the exemption form is at the discretion of the Recording Secretary, along with the rest of the board if necessary.
Members are required to complete 5 volunteer hours for every semester that you are a member.
- Members must fill out the volunteer form when completing hours and acquire a signature from the supervisor.
- Any hours completed with KDE do not require a form to be completed,
