Code of Conduct:
- Conversations with neighboring members is prohibited during meetings while speakers or Executive Board members are presenting, this could
also include videos that are being shown.
- Members shall not use technology at any point during meetings unless instructed to.
- Respect shall be given al all times, to all members including Executive Board, and in all KDE communication means. This includes, but is not
limited to, meetings, socials, paper documents, social media pages, KDE website, e-mail, etc.
- Members are allowed one excuse absence, which they must submit an exemption form prior to missing the KDE event in which they are un able to
attend.
- Members will attend all KDE meetings, socials, or other chapter events, without the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Lying will be prohibited, especially in the case of grades (GPA), academic probation, and volunteer hours that must be completed.
- Members will respect the letters and symbols of KDE. This means members will not drink or participate in other illegal activities while wearing
them.
What Can I Expect from the Executive Board:
- Executive members will be considerate of the opinions of all prospective and veteran members of KDE.
- Executive members will adhere to all statements listed above in the Code of Conduct.
- Money supplied by members, benefactors, or other outside sources to KDE will be used to benefit KDE, or other organizations as deemed
appropriate by the Executive Board and all members.
- Example: A portion of the raffle money is donated each semester to an outside organization.
